K.K.L. section was included in the WIZO's official organ, Pioneers and Helpers, and special prominence has been given to the K.K.L. in the various material issued by the London Office. Co-operation in oral propaganda was also carried out, but to a more limited extent. The K.K.L. quota of £7,000 fixed by the Vllth (Prague) Conference was considerably overstepped, but no mention was made by the K.K.L. in its last Annual Report of the extent to which women had helped to create the record sum acclaimed in that report. The VHIth WIZO Conference has accepted a K.K.L. quota of £15,000 for the year 1935/36, the K.K.L. undertaking to assist the WIZO in the compilation of the statistical demonstration showing the activities of the women. Young WTZO Movement. During the session under review, the Young WIZO Movement has gained greater ground. The former Continental Union of Zionist Girls' Groups, which assumed the name of Young WIZO in 1932, the " Ziona " Youth Movement of the Federation of Women Zionists of Gt. Britain and Ireland, which became " Young WIZO " in 1934, and the Palestine Young WIZO, a group formed in 1934, now form the strength of the Young WIZO Movement. A Youth Department was set up within the London Executive at the opening of the session, on which, recently, representation was extended to •each of these three groups, by a personal representative from the Young WIZO Executive Committee in London, and by a representative each, through correspondence, of the Continental and Palestine groups. The Young WIZO groups have, during the past session, been a contributing body to the WIZO in their support of the Young WIZO Home at Tel Aviv for immigrant girls, the English group having also contributed to the WIZO's Palestine activities. As an outcome of the VIHth Conference, a Constitution has been laid down for the Young WIZO, in accordance with which their representation at the WIZO Conferences and the Youth Department in London have been regulated. The Young WIZO has adopted a Budget which is to be allocated to the building of the WIZO's new Domestic Science School at Tel-Aviv. Propaganda and Educational Activities. Oral Propaganda.—A feature of the oral propaganda activities during the past session was the participation of the members of the Executive.
