courts shall be established immediately. A person thus expelled from the Zionist Organisation shall have the right of an appeal to the Court of Honour of the Zionist Organisation. 22. This agreement which was communicated to the constituent bodies of the Zionist Organisation and also recommended by the World Union to its members for compliance therewith undoubtedly led to a cessation of violent methods of party conflict and in addition to a certain abatement of party differences. The statement recurring in many papers that this pact was not ratified by some Zionist body or other was due to ignorance or distortion of the facts.
