В 1920–26 – на комсомольской и проф. работе. После окончания в 1934 Днепропетровского ин-та инж. путей сообщения – в системе Наркомата путей сообщения на инж. должностях., затем на рук. работе: возглавлял Харгипротранс, Мосгипротранс, Союзтранспроект, рук. технико-экспертным отд. НКПС СССР. В 1941–45 зам. нач. Гл. упр. воен.-восстановит. работ, рук. стр-вом линии Кизляр-Астрахань с сооружением переправ через Волгу; принимал участие в восстановлении ж.-д. линий на Ленингр. фронте. С 1943 нач.
