НКПС СССР. В 1941–45 зам. нач. Гл. упр. воен.-восстановит. работ, рук. стр-вом линии Кизляр-Астрахань с сооружением переправ через Волгу; принимал участие в восстановлении ж.-д. линий на Ленингр. фронте. С 1943 нач. Центр, планово-экон. упр. НКПС СССР. В 1953–55 чл. Бюро по транспорту и связи при СМ СССР. В 1955–72 в Минтрансстрое СССР (нач. техн. упр., пред. техсовета, чл. коллегии мин-ва, зам. мин.).
