Translation: Authored by Rabbi Eli’ezer, son of R. Shelomoh Zalman Lipschutz, who was formerly Head of Courts of the Community in Ostrovitsi (Gmina Ostrowice, Pomerania-Poland); his position is placed with the "great ones of Rom.I. (רומ"י = רבבני מתא [ב]ישראל? - possibly the Rabbis of Cities of Israel, a play-of-words on Gedole Romi, "the Elders of Rome") in many many communities; now, his lot has placed him in the Holy Community of Neivveit (Neuwied - Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany); inside, is placed She’elot u-Teshuvot ... of his son, R. Yisra’el, Av-Beth-Din of Hadamar (Hesse-Germany) ... and more novellae of the law from his brother ... Efra’im. Printing information from second title.
