(רומ"י = רבבני מתא [ב]ישראל? - possibly the Rabbis of Cities of Israel, a play-of-words on Gedole Romi, "the Elders of Rome") in many many communities; now, his lot has placed him in the Holy Community of Neivveit (Neuwied - Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany); inside, is placed She’elot u-Teshuvot ... of his son, R.
