Officers in the convocation of the Special Conference held on October 7th, 1934, and which was devoted mainly to this problem. The Political Committee formulated the resolutions which were adopted by this Conference, and it also defined the basis on which English Zionists would be prepared to join the World Union of General Zionists. On the occasion of the last visit to London of the High Commissioner for Palestine (General Sir Arthur Wauchope), a delegation of the Zionist Federation, consisting of the Rev. J. K. Goldbloom, Mr. Paul Goodman, the Rev. M. L. Perlzweig, Mr. Barnett Janner, M.P., Mr. A. Le Vay Lawrence, Mr. Morris Myer and Mr. L. Bakstansky, waited on him to represent British Zionist
