Notes: הטקסט עוסק בהפרדות של קהילת המבורג-אלטונה, בשל שינויים מדיניים-פוליטיים. שליט המבורג זוכה לברכות: "והנה אדוננו מלכנו הצדקי הטיב עמכם אנשי האמבורג, מאוד מאוד, לכן משועבדים אלתם גם עתה לתת לו תודה, אף בסור ממשלתו מכם..." (עמ' טז'). וכן - "הנה זה ארחת צדיק ודרך איש ישר, הוא אדוננו המלך פרידריך יר"ה, כשמו כן הוא, אוהב שלום ורדף מישרים, ואחז דרכי אבותיו הרמים, שכלם היו יראי ה'... הוכרח מלכנו הצדקי להסיר קו השיוויו, ולהתקשר בקשר אמיץ עם הקיסר נפוליאן הגדול, זה גבור חיל, כי אף שהגדיל מאוד גבר ידו ועושה חיל מכל אשר לפניו , בכל זאת יותר מזה חכמתו עמדה לו, וחכם עיניו בראשו, ומכיר גם חכמת מלכנו, ישרו ותום לבבו..."
