ВАССЕРМАН Любовь Шамовна (1905, Славатыче Седлец. губ. – 1975, Кишинев), поэтесса, прозаик. В детстве работала прислугой в богатых домах, сама научилась читать и писать, с 15 лет сочиняла стихи. С 1925 в Э.-И., работала в киббуце, на стр-ве шос. дорог, затем санитаркой в б-це в Иерусалиме, участвовала в рабочем движении (примыкала к его лев. крылу, неск. раз подвергалась арестам). Публиковала стихи в евр. периодич. изд. в Э.-И., Польше, США. В 1931 в Тель-Авиве вышел сб. ее стих, на идише «Фарнахтн» («Вечера»). В 1934 В. приехала в СССР, поселилась в Биробиджане, публиковала стихи, рассказы, очерки в обл. прессе, в лит.-худ. ж. «Форпост» и др. изд. В нач. 1949 арестована и заключена в лагерь на Кр. Севере. VASSERMAN Lyubov Shamovna (1905, Slavatyche Sedlets Gubernia - 1975, Chisinau), Dichter, Prosaschreiber. Als Kind arbeitete sie als Dienerin in wohlhabenden Häusern, sie selbst lernte lesen und schreiben, ab dem 15. Lebensjahr schrieb sie Gedichte. Ab 1925 arbeitete sie in E.-I. in einem Kibbuz im Gebäude der Shos. Dorog, damals Krankenschwester in einem Krankenhaus in Jerusalem, nahm an der Arbeiterbewegung teil (neben seinem linken Flügel, wurde mehrmals verhaftet). Veröffentlichte Gedichte auf Hebräisch. periodisch. ed. in E.-I., Polen, USA. 1931 kam in Tel Aviv Sat. ihr Vers auf Jiddisch "Farnachtn" ("Abende"). 1934 kam V. in die UdSSR, ließ sich in Birobidschan nieder, veröffentlichte Gedichte, Kurzgeschichten und Essays in der Region.
