ЦЕТЛИН Ефим Викторович (1898, Могилев – 1937, Иваново), политический деятель, деятель молодежного коммунистического движения. В 1917–18 учился в МВТУ. Один из создателей и рук. Союза рабочей молодежи «III Интернационал» в Москве. В 1918 пред. Оргбюро по созыву 1-го съезда РКСМ, на к-ром избран 1-м пред. ЦК РКСМ. С 1919 – в Кр. Армии, участник Гражд. войны. В 1920–22 зам. пред. ЦК, секр. ЦК и МК РКСМ, одноврем. чл. МК РКП(б). В 1922–24 чл. Исполкома КИМ, дел. 2–5-го съездов РКСМ. В 1923–24 на нелег. работе в Германии. В 1925–26 на парт. работе в Ленинграде. В 1926–29 сотр. секретариата ИККИ, чл. редколлегии газ. «Правда», зав. секретариатом Н.И.Бухарина. В 1927–37 – чл. ЦКК ВКП(б). В 1929–33 на ответств. работе в ВСНХ и Наркомтяжпроме СССР, в 1934–37 зав. бюро техобслуживания Уральского з-да тяж. маш-ния в Свердловске.
