Занимался филологией. Публ. ст. в науч. и общих изд.: «Филологише шрифтн», «Ди франкфутер цайтунг», «Социал-демократ», «Арбайтер-цайтунг», «Ди фолксцайтунг» и др. С 1930 – в Э.-И. Один из основателей и первых ред. газ. «Лецте найс», «Ди идише цайтунг». Переводил с иврита на идиш. @ru
