СМИРНОВ Марк (Маркус) Александрович (р. 1935, Ленинград), художник театра, педагог. Проф.(1989). В 1960 окончил ИЖСА им. И.Е.Репина. Оформил ок. 200 спектаклей: в драм., балетных театрах, в цирке, на телевидении. Среди них выполненные совм. с М.Щегловым «Походный марш» А.А.Галича, «Бегущая по волнам» по А.С.Грину, «Гроза» А.Н.Островского (Ленингр. академич. гос. театр драмы им. А.С.Пушкина). Самостоятельно оформил спектакли: «Из жизни деловой женщины» А.Б.Гребнева, «Потоп» Г.Бергера (Ленингр. т-р им. А.С.Пушкина), «Привидения» Г.Ибсена, «Винни Пух и все, все...» по А.Милну (Ленингр. Малый драм. театр); «Клоп» В.В.Маяковского (Ленингр. Большой кукольный т-р), «Алейхем-Шолом» (Ленингр. театр «Эксперимент»), «Конармия» по И.Э.Бабелю и др. С 1972 преподавал в Ин-те театра, музыки и кинематографии (Ленингр. театр. академии), с 1989 – зав. кафедрой худ. оформления спектакля постановочного ф-та.
