ШЛЕЙФЕР Илья Осипович (1892, Минская губ. – 1937, Москва), государственный деятель. Окончил Учит. ин-т в Вильне (1915) и Моск. археол. ин-т (1917). В 1911–20 чл. Бунда, с 1920 чл. РКП(б). В 1917 пред. Совета раб. деп. в Ярославле, затем зав. гор. биржей труда. С нояб. 1917 чл. коллегии отд. дошкольного образования Наркомпроса РСФСР. Участник Гражд. войны. В 1921 зам. наркома продовольствия, с окт. 1921 и. о. пред. СТО Кирг. АССР. С 1922 нач. валютного управления, затем управления гос. доходов Наркомфина СССР. В 1925–30 чл. коллегии Наркомторга СССР. В 1931 входил в состав сов. правительств. комиссии в Монголии. После окончания МЭИ (1933) зам. управляющего объединения «Сталь» (Харьков), канд. в чл. ЦК КП(б)У. С 1936 нач. управления Главтрансмаша Наркомата тяж. пром-сти СССР. Автор брошюр «Денежная реформа» (1924), «За рентабельность металлургических заводов» (1935) и др. В 1936 арестован.
