ШИМЕЛИОВИЧ Борис Абрамович (1892, Рига – 1952, Москва), врач, организатор здравоохранения. Брат Ю.А.Шимелиовича. В 1919–20 чл. Бунда, с 1920 чл. РКП(б). После окончания Воронежского мед. ин-та заведовал сан. частью Воронежского укреп. р-на. В нач. 1920-х гг. работал в еврейской обществ. комиссии помощи голодающим, представитель при отд-ниях «Джойнта» и др. благотворит. орг-ций, а также зав. орготделами этих комиссий. С 1931 главврач Боткинской больницы в Москве. Чл. през. ЕАК (1941). В 1949 арестован и 12 авг. 1952 расстрелян по делу ЕАК. @ru
