Один из лидеров Цеирей Цион в России. С 1921 – в Польше. С 1932 – в Э.-И. Один из рук. кооперативного движения в Э.-И. Делегат Сионистских конгрессов. Публ. ст. о сионизме и кооперации в газ. «Гайнт», «Дос ворт», «Фолскблат» и др. Ред. ряда изд. на идише. Перевел с иврита на идиш и изд. в 1949 в Буэнос-Айресе кн. И.Шпринцака «Ворт ун шрифт» («Слово и сочинения»). Один из переводчиков кн. З.Шазара «Лихтике перзенлехкайтн» («Светлые личности»), Буэнос-Айрес, 1963.
