- РОЗЕНШТЕЙН Давид Иосифович (1903, Порозово Волковысского у. Гродненской губ. – |), политический деятель. В 1925–29 секр. Виленского горкома, затем Гродненского окружкома КП Зап. Белоруссии, чл. (1927–29) и рук. (1934–36) Центр, ред. КП Зап. Белоруссии, делегат ее 1-го (1928) и 2-го (1935) съездов. Неоднокр. подвергался арестам, провел св. 12 лет в тюрьмах. В авг. 1943 заброшен в тыл герм, войск, сотр. ред. партизан. газ. «Белостокская правда». В 1944–53 – в Сов. Армии, лит. секр. газ. «Вольна Польска» и «Волношч», затем (до 1959) на журналист. работе в Минске.
