ПИНСКЕР Зиновий Григорьевич (Зельман Гершонович) (1904, Херсон – 1986, Москва), физик. Д-р физ.-матем. наук (1943), проф. (1957). Окончил МВТУ (1929), затем (до 1932) – ассистент в МГУ. В 1932–36 работал во Всес. ин-те минеральн. сырья (Москва), где построил электронограф высокого разрешения и получил на нем впервые в СССР точечные электронограммы от тонких слоев хлорида натрия (1934–35). В 1936, по предложению В.И.Вернадского, перешел в Биогеохим. лаб. АН СССР. С 1944 до конца жизни работал зав. лаб. электронографии в Ин-те кристаллографии АН СССР в Москве и одноврем. преподавал в МГУ (с 1957) и зав. кафедрой металлофизики Горьковского гос. ун-та.Осн. работы в обл. дифракции электронов и динамич. рассеяния рентген, лучей в кристаллах. Сделал ряд открытий при изучении реальной структуры и физ. свойств тонких пленок полупроводников. Положил начало нового направления в физике – структурной электронографии и основал сов. электронограф. школу. Пр. им. Е.С.Федорова АН СССР.
