Принимал участие в созд. секции иск-в «Культур-Лиги» (1917–20) и участвовал в 1-й еврейской худ. выставке в Киеве (февр.-март 1920). С 1920 – во Франции. В 1923 участвовал в выставке гр. «Удар» (основана в Париже Л.Инденбаумом, А.Мещаниновым, А.Федером, В.Бартом). Получил признание после 2-й мир. войны.
