В 1857–68 издал 28 т. первой польской энциклопедии «Энциклопедия повзнечна».Брат О. – Маврикий (1826, Варшава – 1904, там же), издатель. В 1853–65 занимался издат. деятельностью в Вильне, с 1865 – в Варшаве. В 1878–85 издавал «Тыгодник повзнечны». Печатался в «Курьер Варшавски» и др. газ.

In 1857–68 he published 28 volumes of the first Polish encyclopedia "The Encyclopedia of Povznechna". Brother O. - Mauritius (1826, Warsaw - 1904, ibid.), Publisher. In 1853–65 he was engaged in publishing. activities in Vilna, from 1865 - in Warsaw. In 1878–85 he published Tygodnik Poznechny. He was published in Kurier Varshavski and other gas.- has abstract
