МАРКУЗОН Федор Давидович (1884, Брянск Орловской губ. – 1957), статистик, демограф. Род. в семье земского врача. В 1905 окончил экон. отд-ние юрид. ф-та Моск. ун-та. В 1900–10 занимался науч.-практической работой в обл. санитарной статистики. В 1919 организовал и до 1929 возглавлял Моск. объединенное бюро статистики труда. Был ред. Бюллетеней статистики труда Моск. губ. и первых вып. Атласа диаграмм заболеваемости рабочих и охраны труда. В 1930-х гг. работал в Госплане СССР, Наркоматах здравоохранения и труда; в 1943–48 – в науч. сан.-гигиенич. учреждениях. Автор работ в обл. демографии, статистики труда, соц. страхования. В ст. «Население мира от начала н. э. до середины XX в.», опубл. в сб. «Вопр. экономики, планирования и статистики» (М., 1957), дал оценку динамики численности населения мира за последние 2 тыс. лет.Соч.: Статистика социального страхования.
