- ЛИВНЭ (Ливенштейн) Элиэзер (1902, Лодзь Петроковской губ. – 1975, Иерусалим), политический деятель, публицист. С 1920 – в Э.-И. В 1923–39 чл. кибуца Эйн-Харод. В 1930-х гг. представитель Гистадрута в Германии. Принимал участие в орг-ции выезда евреев Германии в Э.-И. Возглавлял отд. пропаганды Гаганы. В 1939–42 – ред. журн. «Маарахот»; в 1942–47 работал в подпольной прессе. В 1948–55 деп. Кнессета от партии Мапай. В 1955 вышел из партии по идеологич. соображениям. После Шестидневной войны – один из создателей Движения за единую Эрец-Исраэль. Автор книг по истории сионизма.
