ЛИБЕРМАН Евсей Григорьевич (1897, Славута Заславского у. Волынской губ. – 1981), экономист. Д-р экон. наук (1957), проф. (1958). Окончил Киевский ун-т (1920) и Харьковский инж.-экон. ин-т (1933), преподавал в разл. вузах. В 1947–63 зав. кафедрой экономики и орг-ции маш.-строит. промети Харьковского инж.-экон. ин-та, с 1963 – проф. кафедры статистики Харьковского гос. ун-та. В кон. 1950 – нач. 1960-х гг. – один из ведущих участников дискуссии о путях повышения эффективности сов. экономики. Разработал концепцию управления пром-стью, идеи к-рой легли в основу т. н. «косыгинской» реформы 1965.
