В 1931–33 преподавала на рабфаке и в пед. техникуме в Новозыбкове, в 1933–41 – в Воронежском ун-те. С 1943 – на кафедре ботаники Ульяновского пед. ин-та; с 1959 зав. лаб. биологии семенного размножения (с 1987 носит имя Л.).Осн. науч. иссл. посв. вопросам расселения семян, карпологии (разработала иерархическую классификацию плодов).
