КОРНЯНУ Леонид Ефимович (наст. фам. Корнфельд) (1909, Конвица Бессарабской губ. – 1957, Кишинев), поэт, драматург, фольклорист. В 1932 окончил Лит. ин-т в Харькове. С 1936 работал в Науч. ин-те МССР в Тирасполе и одноврем. преподавал в Молдавском пед. ин-те. Собирал молд. фольклор. В 1939 вышла кн. «Кынтече нородниче молдовенешть» («Молд. нар. песни», совм. с Д.Г.Гершфельдом в 1941 «Провербе ши зикэторь нородниче молдовенешть» («Молд. нар. пословицы и поговорки»). Первые стихи К. были опубл. в журн. «Молдова литерарэ» в 1929. Ранние стих, вошли в сб-ки «Версурь фелурите» («Разные стихотворения», 1930), «Авынтурь» («Вдохновение», 1933), «Кынтече ши поезий» («Песни и стихотворения», 1939) и др. Участник войны 1941–45. К. – автор пьес «Ын вэиле Молдовей» («В долинах Молдовы», 1945, совм. с Я.Кутковецким), «Феричиря Мэриоарей» («Марийкино счастье», совм. с В.Геркеном, 1951), «Изворул фрэцией» («Истоки братства», 1956) и др.
