ХОДОС Хаим-Бер Гершонович (1897, Куренец Вилейского у. Виленской губ. – 1995, Иркутск), невропатолог. Д-р мед. наук, проф. (1935). Получил традиц. еврейское религ. образование. В 1916 поступил на мед. ф-т Томского ун-та. В 1918 вошел в студенч. сионистскую орг-цию «Га-Хавер». В 1922 исключен из ун-та как «чуждый элемент». В 1924 окончил Иркутский ун-т, оставлен на кафедре нерв. болезней: ординатор, аспирант, доц. (1929), проф., зав. кафедрой (1935–76), науч. консультант кафедры (1977–88). Науч. тр. Х. посв. разл. аспектам клинич. неврологии: патологии цереброспинальной жидкости, патогистологии нерв. системы, травмам периферич. нервов, сан.-курорт. лечению при заболеваниях нерв. системы, а также истории отеч. неврологии. Большую известность получили работы Х., посв. эпилепсии, эпидемич. и клещевому энцефалитам, дисгенезиям. Описал сенсибилизированный рефлекс Россолимо как ранний признак поражения пирамидной системы, изменения психики при эпилепсии. Поч. гражданин города (1967). Поч. ч. правления Всес. и Всерос. об-в невропатологов и психиатров. В Иркутском краеведч. музее имеется экспозиция, посв. Х. Засл. врач Бурятской АССР (1957) и МНР (1962).
