В 1959–60 инж. лаб. электроники НИИ механики и физики при СГУ. В 1960–62 ассистент кафедры общей физики, в 1962–65 аспирант СГУ. В 1966–92 преподавал в СГУ.Разработал новые принципы построения модуляторов, измерения девиации частоты, квазиоптич. управляющих устройств, лазеров на ударной ионизации. Создал новые методы получения ВЧ и СВЧ магнитных полей.
