Лауреат междунар. конкурсов – им. Н.Паганини (1-я пр., 1981, Генуя), им. Я.Сибелиуса (1-я пр., Хельсинки, 1985), им. П.И.Чайковского (1-я пр., Москва, 1986). Много гастролирует. В его репертуаре произв. Паганини, Сибелиуса, А.Вивальди, Чайковского, И.С.Баха, А.Г.Шнитке и др. В 1991 преподавал в конс. Пибоди в Балтиморе (США), затем концертировал в этой стране.
