КАБИЩЕР Елена Аркадьевна (1903, Витебск – 1990, Москва), живописец, график. Жена скульпт. Д.А.Якерсона. Училась в Школе рисования и живописи Ю.М.Пэна и в Витебском нар. худ. уч-ще (1919–21), затем в мастерских В.М.Ермолаевой, Якерсона. В нач. 1920-х гг., после приезда P.P.Фалька в Витебск, получила приглашение работать во ВХУТЕМАСе в Москве. Училась там же до 1924 у Фалька и В.В.Рождественского. Ранние работы К. (витебский период), созд. под непосредствен, влиянием Пэна и поэтики М.Шагала, представляли гротескно-лирич., экспрессивные образы евр. быта и уклада. Впоследствии К. примкнула к т. н. моск. школе живописи, с ее вниманием к колористич. стороне произв., лирич. худ. строем.Работы К. хранятся в музеях на терр. быв. СССР (в т. ч.
