ГРЕЙВЕР Наум Соломонович (1900, Тихвин Новгородской губ. – 1971, Ленинград), металлург, д-р техн. наук, проф. Окончил в 1928 Ленингр. горн, ин-т. Работал в Ленгинцветмете. В 1933 организовал и возглавил иссл. гр. никеля при Ленингр. горн, ин-те. В 1953–71 возглавлял кафедру металлургии легких и редких металлов в Ленингр. горн, ин-те. Осн. работы связаны с разработкой технологии получения меди, никеля, кобальта, металлов платиновой группы, селена и теллура, а также с разработкой кардинальных вопросов переработки сульфидных медно-никелевых руд Заполярья с проектированием и стр-вом горно-металлургич. комб-тов в Мончегорске и Норильске. Работал над проблемой извлечения ванадия из шлаков и способствовал орг-ции произ-ва в СССР легир. сталей спец. марок. Обобщил иссл. по технологии извлечения редких металлов, предложил (1942) гидрометаллургич. способ получения молибдата кальция из бедных некондиц. концентратов, реализованный на Балхашском медеплавильном з-де.
