ГОРНЫЙ ЗЕРЕНТУЙ, поселок городского типа (с 1958) в Нерчинско-Заводском р-не Читинской обл. (Российская Федерация). В 19 — нач. 20 в. — село Нерчинского окр. Забайкальской обл.В 1825 в Г. З. была основана Зерентуйская тюрьма. В 1890-х гг. в тюрьме содержались лица, осужденные за участие в вооруж. выступлении политич. ссыльных в Якутске — М.Р.Гоц и др. В 1897 в Зерентуйской тюрьме находилось 114 евреев (13,2%). С 1906 там же содержались участники рев-ции 1905—07 (эсеры, анархисты, с.-д. и др.). После Февр. рев-ции Зерентуйская тюрьма была закрыта. @ru

Transbaikalische Region. 1825 wurde in Georgien das Zerentui-Gefängnis gegründet. In den 1890er Jahren. Das Gefängnis hielt Personen fest, die wegen Teilnahme an der Rüstung verurteilt wurden. Rede von polit. Exil in Jakutsk - MR Gots und andere. 1897 befanden sich 114 Juden im Zerentui-Gefängnis (13,2%). Seit 1906 wurden dort Mitglieder der Revolution von 1905 bis 1907 (Sozialrevolutionäre, Anarchisten, Sozialdemokraten usw.) festgehalten.
