ГОЛЬЦМАН Абрам Зиновьевич (1894, Одесса – 1933, Москва), профсоюзный и гос. деятель, чл. Коммунистич. партии с апр. 1917. С 1909–10 участник рев. движения, в 1911 арестован, приговорен к 1 году заключения в крепости. Освобожден в февр. 1913, вскоре вновь арестован и сослан в Нарымский край. В 1916 бежал, перешел на нелег. положение, в нач. 1917 арестован, освобожден Февр. рев-цией. С 1917 чл. ЦК союза, металлистов (в 1919–20 его пред.). В 1920–21 чл. През. ВЦСПС. Во время парт. дискуссии о профсоюзах активно поддерживал платформу Л.Д,Троцкого. В 1921 пред. Юж. бюро ВЦСПС на Украине. В 1922–25 нач. Главэлектро ВСНХ, чл. през. последнего. В 1926–30 чл. кол. НК РКИ, с 1930 – нач. Гл. управления Гражд. возд. флота при СНК СССР. В 1931 – инициатор созд. Всес. треста «Гражданавиастрой», занятого стр-вом аэродромов для гражд. авиации. Один из ред. ж. «Наши достижения». Дел. 14–16 съезда ВКП(б). Чл. ЦКК ВКП(б) с 1925 (с 1927 – чл. през. ЦКК).
