ГОЛЬДШТЕЙН Моисей Леонтьевич (1868, Шепетовка Заславского у. Волынской губ. – |), юрист, обществ. деятель. Окончил юрид. ф-т Киевского ун-та. С 1891 работал в Петербурге пом. присяжного поверенного у адвокатов Е.И.Утина и С.А.Андреевского (ввиду ограничит, правил об адвокатах-евреях принят в сословие присяжных поверенных лишь в 1904). Получил известность своими выступлениями на ряде уголовных процессов, а также по полит, делам (А.Р.Гоца, Бунда, дела гр. деп. 1-й Гос. думы, подписавших т.н. «Выборгское воззвание» и мн. др.) и лит. процессам (против газ. «Наша жизнь», «Сын отечества», «Русь», «Совр. мир» и др.), выступал в качестве гражд. истца в делах о погромах в Кишиневе и Могилеве. Занимался сбором сведений о погромах окт. 1905. С кон. 1880-х гг. печатался в киевских газ. (ст. частично вошли в сб-к «Впечатления и заметки», 1895). Позднее сотрудничал в «Вестнике права», «Праве», «Юристе», «Суд. обозрении», «Нашей жизни», «Речи».
