ГАЯМ (Айзикович) Зеев (1903, Одесса – 1977, Израиль), один из первых моряков Израиля. Учился в мореходных училищах Одессы, Лондона и Парижа. Один из основателей «Га-Шомер-га-Цаир» в СССР. С 1924 – в Э.-И. В 1926 получил в Англии звание капитана флота. В 1936—40 – начальник порта Тель-Авива. Один из создателей школы морских офицеров в Хайфе и ее руководитель (1940–43). Во время 2-й мир. войны – офицер в британском флоте. Активист «Гаганы». Был послан в Италию для приобретения морских судов. В 1949–1970 – главный морской инспектор министерства транспорта.
