ФИНКЕЛЬШТЕЙН Ноах (1871, Брест-Литовск Гродненской губ. – 1946), политический деятель, журналист, издатель. Со 2-й пол. 1890-х гг. активный участник сионистского движения в Брест-Литовске. Затем – в Варшаве, один из разработчиков плана создания еврейского нац. очага в Уганде (т. н. «план Уганды»), позднее примкнул к «территориалистам», входил в кружок сионистской интеллигенции «Бней Цион». В 1906 вместе с братом Нехемией Ф. и С.Я.Яканом начал издавать газ. «Идише тогблат», а в 1908 – ежедн. газ. «Гайнт», к-рая вскоре стала самой популяр. сионистской газ. в Царстве Польском. В 1912 в ходе выборов в 4-ю Гос. Думу – один из организаторов кампании в защиту евреев от антисемитской травли и против бойкота, объявленного правыми польск. партиями евреям.
