ЭЙГЕЛЕС Михаил (Моисей) Арнольдович (1897, Гродна – 1985, Москва), горный инженер. Д-р техн. наук (1946), проф. (1949). Окончил в 1925 Донской политехн. ин-т в Новочеркасске. В 1932–85 работал в Ин-те прикл. минералогии в Москве (с 1935 – ВНИИ минерального сырья), в 1950–70 зав. лаб. обогащения руд. В 1930-е гг. руководил разработкой методов и технол. схем флотационного обогащения плавико-шпатовых руд, на основе к-рых были спроектированы и пущены в эксплуатацию первые в СССР обогатит. ф-ки – Полесская, Аурахматская, Такобская. С 1950-х гг. в осн. работал над созданием методов обогащения редкометаллич. сырья. Автор 30 изобретений, монографий, учебников, науч. статей. Стал. пр.
