ЧЛЕНОВ Иехиэль (Ефим Владимирович) (1863, Кременчуг Полтавской губ. – 1918, Лондон), общественный деятель. Родился в хасидской семье. В 1888 окончил мед. ф-т Моск. ун-та. В студенч. годы состоял в палестинофильской гр. «Бней-Цион». С возникн. сионизма примкнул к движению. Пред. Всерос. сионистской конф. в Минске (1902). Противник «Плана Уганды». В 1908 возглавил сионистское движение в Москве. Поддерживал деятельность «Одесского комитета». С 1911 вице-през. Исполн. к-та Всемирн. сионистской орг-ции. В 1912 – один из основателей Техниона (Хайфа). В 1917 возглавил Всерос. сионистскую орг-цию. Дел. сионистских конгрессов. Автор кн. по теории и истории сионизма.
