БУКШПАН Яков Маркович (1887, Лодзь – 1939), экономист. После окончания Политехн. ин-та (Петербург) учился в Берлинском ун-те. В годы 1-й мир. войны преподавал в Политехн. ин-те. В 1919 составил (совм. с Б.Л.Кафенгаузом) программу экон. возрождения России для «Национального центра» конституц.-демокр. партии. В 1919—21 зав. статистич. отд. газ. «Экон. жизнь». В 1921—28 возглавлял бюро мир. хозяйства ВСНХ, одноврем. – ред. бюлл. «Нар. хозяйство». В 19.28–30 – зав. экон. отд. Всес. торг. палаты, одноврем. преподавал в МГУ и Воен.-хоз. академии. В 1930 арестован по делу «Трудовой крестьянской партии». После освобождения (1932) – работал в Наркомснабе, зав. кафедрой Моск. ин-та мясной пром-сти. Автор кн. по вопросам экономики.
