БЕРМАН Лазарь Васильевич (Вульфович) (1894, Петербург – 1990, Москва), поэт, прозаик, теоретик лит-ры. Р. в семье юриста. Окончил Тенишевское уч-ще, юрид. ф-т Петрогр. ун-та (1917). Участвовал в собраниях Цеха поэтов, входил в лит. гр. «Марсельские матросы». В 1920–21 был секр. Цеха поэтов. В 1914–15 работал секр. ж. «Голос жизни», где опубл. критич. ст. «Мушка на щеке: К вопросу о конкретности в иск-ве» (1916), где проанализировал значение детали как поэтич. приема у акмеистов, предвосхитив мн. идеи ОПОЯЗа. Автор сб-ков стихов «Неотступная свита» (П., 1915), «Новая Троя» (П., 1921).
