БАРКАГАН Зиновий Соломонович (р. 1925, Одесса), гематолог. Ч.-к. Рос. АМН (1993). Окончил Одесский мед. ин-т (1946). В 1946–50 врач-лаборант и ординатор клиники госпитальной терапии там же; в 1950–56 ассистент, доцент, зав. кафедрой госпитальной терапии Тадж. мед. ин-та; с 1956 зав. кафедрой пропедевтики внутр. болезней Алтайского мед. ин-та в Барнауле (с 1965 проф.) и одновременно (с 1988) науч. рук. Алтайского краевого гематологич. центра.Науч. иссл. Б. посв. различным проблемам гематологии, разработке методов диагностики и лечения нарушений свертывающей системы крови. Предложил (1973) одну из наиболее полных классификаций геморрагических диатезов-тромбоцитопатий, основанную на морфофункциональной характеристике тромбоцитов, а также классификацию гематогенных тромбофилий; дал систематику типов кровоточивости, впервые описал вторичный ревматоидный синдром при гемофилии, разработал методику аппаратного лечения гемофилических артропатий, предложил способы лечения диссеминированного внутри-сосудистого свертывания крови, разработал методы диагностики нарушений свертывающей системы крови, разработал методы лечения отравлений ядами змей и членистоногих Ср. Азии. Труды Б. способствовали выделению самостоятельного раздела гематологии – коагулологии, изучающей биохимию, физиологию и патологию свертывания крови. Монография Б. «Геморрагические заболевания и синдромы» (1980, 2 изд. 1988) удостоена пр. АМН СССР им. М.П.Кончаловского (1983); Гос. пр. СССР за разработку методов интенсивной терапии при терминальных состояниях в гематологии; пр. АН СССР им. И.И.Ползунова за изобретательскую деятельность (1990). Er schlug (1973) eine der vollständigsten Klassifikationen von hämorrhagischen Diathese-Thrombozytopathien vor, basierend auf den morphofunktionellen Eigenschaften von Blutplättchen sowie der Klassifikation der hämatogenen Thrombophilie; gab eine Taxonomie von Blutungsarten an, beschrieb erstmals das sekundäre rheumatoide Syndrom bei Hämophilie, entwickelte eine Methode zur Behandlung von hämophilen Arthropathien, schlug Methoden zur Behandlung der disseminierten intravaskulären Gerinnung vor, entwickelte Methoden zur Diagnose von Störungen des Blutgerinnungssystems, entwickelte Methoden zur Behandlung von Vergiftungen mit Schlangen und Arthropodengiften Mi.Nr. Asien. B.'s Arbeiten trugen zur Isolierung eines unabhängigen Abschnitts der Hämatologie bei - der Koagulologie, der Biochemie, Physiologie und Pathologie der Blutgerinnung untersucht. B.'s Monographie "Hämorrhagische Krankheiten und Syndrome" (1980, 2. Aufl. 1988) wurde mit der UdSSR Academy of Medical Sciences Ave. ausgezeichnet. M. P. Konchalovsky (1983); Zustand pr.
