In den Jahren 1926-27 studierte er in Danzig und Berlin Hochpelzstiefel und schloss sein Jurastudium ab. Fakultät der Universität Königsberg (1931). Von 1931 bis 1933 war er gleichzeitig Richter in Danzig und Berlin. leitete die Organisation Poaley Zion in Danzig, war auch stellvertretender Vorsitzender, ein lokaler Zionist. Organisation, später - Sekretärin. Heb. nat. Fonds in Königsberg und Sekretär. Organisation Poaley Zion in Deutschland. Von 1933 in E.-I., in den Jahren 1934–35 arbeitete er als Lehrer.
