АТЛАС Захар (Захарий) Вениаминович (1903, Астрахань – 1965, Москва), экономист. Д-р экон. наук (1939). Двоюродный брат М.С.Атлас. Окончил экон. ф-т Донского гос. ун-та (Ростов-на-Дону) (1924), работал в экон. и финанс. учреждениях. С 1935 на науч.-преподавательской работе на экон. ф-те МГУ (с 1939 проф.), с 1963 – в Моск. финанс. ин-те. Участвовал в теоретич. обосновании, подготовке и проведении денежной реформы 1947 в СССР. Чл. науч.-экспертной комиссии при През. АН СССР. Специалист по вопросам денежного обращения и кредита, автор работ по политэкономии социализма, хозрасчету, денежному обращению, финансам, кредиту, ценообразованию, валютам заруб, стран и др.
