בסוף ההקדמה (לחלק ב') כותב בוכנר: "ועתה אוהבי קורא נעים נפשי יודעת מאוד כי אחד מעיר כו' אשר יתבונן דקות מלאכת השיר הזה, דק על דק עד אין נבדק, וליתר ההמון כאין נחשב... קצת אנשים בראותם איזה דבר נפלא ונורא, ולבם צפון משכל ולא יכולו לעשות כמעשהו, תבער אש הקנאה בהם, וצוף המליצה אצלם …
