Transl.: Brought to press at the command of his honor, that ga'on, the pious and Godly, the famous Rabbi Levi Yitsḥak, Av-Beth-Din of the Holy Community of Barditshev (Berdychiv - Ukraine). Levi Yitsḥak of Barditshev, ca. 1740-1809, was a famous Hassidic personality and early student of Dov-Baer (ha-Maggid) of Mezeritch.
