Notes
This copy of Masekhet Pesachim (Dyrenfurth/Brzeg Dolny, 1800?) may have been printed by the family of Shabbtai Bass. It eventually wound up in the hands of Josephus Mona Lesser, whose parents were from the Isle of Mann, hence the bookplate design. Upon his death his wife, Alice Parker Lesser, inherited the books and sold them to C.F. Libbie, the bookdealer.
