This copy of Masekhet Makkot, printed by Emanuel Benveniste (Amsterdam 1645) is bound together with tractates Sanhedrin, Shevuot (Avot Derabi Natan and Minor Tractates) (Amsterdam 1645), Horayot (1646) and Eduyot (1646). The binding is also the same as volumes 1-24 and the signature on the title page of Makkot is the same as the rest of the volumes in this set, found in exactly the same place, right above the insignia of the first tractate. When this person owned this Talmud, they placed their name only on the first tractate of the now-bound volume--which is Makkot; Sanhedrin, Shevuot, Horayot and Eduyot have no signatures.
