- Notes
- This copy of Masekhet Eduyot, printed by Emanuel Benveniste (Amsterdam 1646) is bound together with Makkot, Sanhedrin and Shevuot (Amsterdam, 1645) and Horayot (1646). The binding is also the same as volumes 1-20 and the signature on the title page of Makkot is the same as the rest of the volumes in this set, found in exactly the same place on the title page, right above the insignia. When this person owned this Talmud, they placed their name only on the first tractate of the now-bound volume--which is Makkot and the other tractates have no signatures. Can you help?
