Note that Yale's copy of Masekhet Makkot is bound together with tractates Sanhedrin, Shevu'ot, Horayot and Eduyot and Avot Derabi Natan.  Avot Derabi Natan, however, does not seem to be an independent volume because it has no official title page like tractate Eduyot. The same is true for the minor tractates found here as well: Tractates Sofrim, Semachot, Kallah and Derekh Eretz. There is a bookplate marking them as belonging to Josephus Mona Lesser who owned them until his death in 1902 when his wife Alice Parker Lesser inherited them. and that Yale acquired them from the bookdealer C.F. Libbie on June 11/12 1902.
