- Note that Yale's copy of Masekhet Makkot is bound together with tractates Sanhedrin, Shevu'ot Horayot and Eduyot and Avot Derabi Natan. Since there is no title page for Avot Derani Natan I do not think it was an indpendent volume printed along with Eduyot. The same is true for the minor tractates found here as well: Tractates Sofrim, Semachot, Kallah and Derekh Eretz. There is a bookplate marking them as belonging to Josephus Mona Lesser. His widow inherited them from her husband in 1902 and then sold them to the bookdealer, C.F. Libbie on June 11/12 1902.
