- Note that Yale's copy of Masekhet Eduyot is bound together with tractates Sanhedrin, Shevu'ot, Makkot and Horayot and Avot Derabi Natan. Avot Derabi Natan, however, does not seem to be an independent volume because it has no official title page like tractate Eduyot. The same is true for the minor tractates found here as well: Tractates Sofrim, Semachot, Kallah and Derekh Eretz.There is a bookplate marking them as belonging to Josephus Mona Lesser who owned them until his death in 1902 when his wife Alice Parker Lesser inherited them.
