- Note that Yale's copy of Masekhet Eduyot is bound together with tractates Sanhedrin, Shevu'ot, Makkot and Horayot and Avot Derabi Natan. Avot Derabi Natan, however, does not seem to be an independent volume because it has no official title page like tractate Eduyot. The same is true for the minor tractates found here as well: Tractates Sofrim, Semachot, Kallah and Derekh Eretz.There is a bookplate marking them as belonging to Josephus Mona Lesser who died in 1902.His widow inherited them from her husband in 1902 and then sold them to the bookdealer, C.F. Libbie on June 11/12 1902.
